This variety lets us find the best match for your insurance needs, be it auto, homeowners, town home, renters, condo, mobile home, RV, watercraft, flood, motorcycle/ATV, or life insurance. Making a Payment
You have many options when it comes to making payments on your insurance policies. You may:
- pay online with your credit card through your carrier's payment portal;
- pay via phone, either with your carrier or with Theiss Insurance;
- set up automatic electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your bank account, or automatic recurring credit card (RCC) payments; or
- pay by check, mailed either directly to your carrier, or to Theiss Insurance.

What should I do after an accident or loss?
Auto | Boat | RV:
- Windshield: Call your insurance carrier (phone numbers listed above).
- One Vehicle Accident: Stop your vehicle and move it to a safe place. Determine if you or any passengers are injured. Call for medical assistance if needed. Call your insurance carrier to report the accident.
- Two (or more) Vehicle Accident: Stop your vehicle and move it to a safe place, if possible. Remain at the scene of the accident, and determine if you or any passengers are injured. Call for medical assistance if needed. Exchange the following information with the other driver(s): names, addresses, telephone numbers, type of vehicles, insurance information, a description of damages. Get the names, addresses and telephone numbers of any witnesses. Call the police. Cooperate with the police and answer all of their questions. Do not admit fault to anyone. You do not have all of the facts about the accident yet. If your vehicle must be towed, ask that it be taken to a repair shop of your choice. Call your carrier and report the accident as soon as possible.

- Make whatever repairs are necessary to ensure no further damage can occur. For instance, turn off the water main for burst pipes, place a tarp on the roof for leaks, etc. If you are not able to do so, there are restoration companies to help with repairs and work with your insurance carrier.
- Keep a record of repair costs and retain receipts for immediate and necessary repairs.
- If the loss involves theft or vandalism, call the police immediately.
- Call your insurance carrier to report the claim as soon as possible.
